Individual Therapy

Sometimes it's just nice to have someone who is on your side. Maybe you have a stressful situation you'd like to be able to discuss with someone who is impartial, or maybe you have always struggled with anger, depression, fear or anxiety, or had problems with relationships that you have been unable to resolve on your own. 

It can be extremely helpful to have someone who listens, avoids judgment, and offers perspective. Each of us has the potential to find healing and growth when there is someone to walk alongside us and offer support and guidance.
